NE-2 (Douglas County plus western Sarpy and Saunders) has split its presidential electoral vote from the rest of Nebraska three times — 2008, 2020 and 2024 — because Nebraska awards one electoral vote per congressional district.
U.S. Senate (Ricketts seat), all three U.S. House seats, governor and every state constitutional officer, the even-numbered legislative districts, Regents and State Board seats, county offices and boards (MUD, OPPD, NRD, Learning Community, school boards), Sarpy city offices, and four statewide measures. Nominees were chosen in the May 12, 2026 primary.
